By your accessing, visiting, browsing, reviewing, or using the Site and our Services in any manner, and by your viewing, considering, or purchasing our products (collectively hereinafter “Proceeding”), you voluntarily and affirmatively engage, interact with, and utilize the Services, and by your actions of Proceeding you agree to be legally bound our Shipping and Return Policy, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy (collectively hereinafter “Policies”).

Please read the Policies carefully before Proceeding, because by Proceeding you acknowledge and agree to every statement and section within the Policies, regardless of whether you have actually read the Policies, because we have made the Policies available for you to read before Proceeding,  

If you do not agree to the Policies, or if you do not have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to the Policies. then you may not access or use this Site or access or use any of the Services. If the Policies are considered an offer, then your acceptance is expressly limited to the Policies.


Damage.  All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made by email within 48 hours to Please provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the product and the damages to the product.

Exchange. If your product order is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will promptly exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Method. For orders totaling $75 or more, excluding taxes, we offer free shipping to anywhere in Canada. After processing during normal business hours, all products ship via the Canada Post or UPS. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery.


You may return an unopened and unused product** within 15 days of delivery for a full refund; however, you are responsible to pay all shipping costs for these returns. We will process your refund within 15 days after our receipt at our offices of the returned merchandise by acting to initiate or request a credit to your debit card or credit card account that you used to make the purchase. We do not control the timing of when your bank or card issuer actually posts the credit to your account.

Returned items** must be in their original packaging, unopened, with all original tags attached, and in new condition.  Items are subject to verification before being accepted for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when making a return by mail. As such, we recommend shipping with a courier that can provide tracking and insurance as The Disinfecting Shop is not responsible for lost packages.
